We inhale and exhale 20,000 times a day, it’s automatic and we don’t have to think about it, in the way that our heart beats, our digestive system works and our eyes blink and we generally take it for granted. We get taught by our parents how to communicate, eat, cleanse ourselves but conscious breathing is not on the list.
