Wild At Heart Day Retreat with Rebecca Dennis
Saturday 14th February 2026, 9.30am – 5pm
Join us for a heart-opening day retreat, designed to reconnect you to the grounding energy of nature and the healing power of love.
This immersive experience weaves together guided somatic breathwork sessions, nature immersion, wild swimming, and sauna therapy, to help you release stress, deepen self-awareness and return to your natural state of balance.
Throughout the day, we’ll explore practices that open the heart, calm the mind and nervous system, and reawaken your connection to the world around you.
We will begin the day at our beautiful yoga studio with a warm welcome circle. You will be guided through a somatic breathwork journey, where you will explore how the breath can dissolve old layers of tension, heal emotional blocks, and expand your capacity to give and receive love.
After a delicious and nourishing lunch, we will immerse ourselves in the ancient woodlands as we walk to the beautiful wild swimming lake, where you are welcome to dip in the rejuvenating waters and rewarm in the stunning wood fired sauna.
The day will continue back at the yoga studio with another guided somatic breathwork session, allowing integration time to expand your awareness and reconnect to your inner clarity.
Throughout the day, you will be held in a safe, nurturing space designed to open the heart, anchor you into the present moment, and awaken a deeper sense of compassion and connection.
Whether you join us with your partner, on your own, or with friends, everyone is welcome.
What the day includes:
• Guided, heart-opening breathwork journeys
• Somatic movement & gentle stretching
• Nature immersion
• Optional wild swimming and sauna session
• Herbal tea, healthy snacks, and a delicious vegetarian lunch

YOUR GUIDE ON THIS JOURNEY

Rebecca has been a practitioner for nearly 20 years. Through her intuitive and compassionate approach, she supports communities, clients and workplaces in better understanding their patterns and behaviours, how the past has shaped their experiences, emotional blockages and physical tension. Rebecca’s approach blends breathwork, bodywork, coaching, somatic trauma counselling techniques, bi-lateral processing, nervous system regulation, parts work, shamanic, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and mindset tools for a holistic approach. Through her skilled space holding and extensive experience, she is dedicated to helping individuals access lasting transformation and optimum well-being.
