This 3 day 2 night Women’s Healing and Breathwork Retreat offers spacious and gentle immersion in nature within the supportive company of women at the beautiful setting of Wasing Park. Accomodation is a single cosy bell tent with bed pitched in the heart of Wasing woodland. This available for a group of 16 women only. We will be combining ancient and modern healing methods including breathwork, bodywork, movement, ceremonial cacao, sacred ritual and teachings from the Grandmother’s of ancient Mexican traditions. Each day we will be holding outdoor sauna and swimming sessions by the lake for the ultimate reset.

An opportunity to set intentions, explore your voice and sensuality, find space, purpose, clarity and peace. An important part of this heart opening journey will support insight, flow, creativity and authentic connection to Source.

Hidden traumas, beliefs and blockages often cause our body to suppress and carry difficult feelings and emotions and this reflects back on our health, personal life choices and vitality. You will be learning womb- based meditations & visualisations

– Cutting the cords from the past: previous lovers, family ties, blockages, illnesses

– Practising sacred womb healing and rituals

– Ancestral family constellation and how our unresolved lineage affects our health

Bringing the wisdom from breathwork and traditional medicine grandmothers, we invite our bodies to open up, always respecting the body’s boundaries, welcoming rejected parts of ourselves to be expressed and integrated in a gentle, compassionate and loving way. Held in a sacred space of nurturing beauty, we open our bodies and breath to receive the return to wholeness.

Both the jaw and pelvis are known to be our avenues of expression – on physical and verbal levels. Think about what happens to your jaw when holding back from expressing yourself. Suppressed anger, fear, and negative emotions can cause you to clench and grind your teeth, or build stress in the jaw. Similarly, think about what happens to your body when you are in a stressful situation, can you feel your abdomen, hips and pelvic floor muscles tense up, or your buttocks clench? Years of repression and unspoken feelings can be held in the body as tightness and pain.

There will be practical and easy tools shared for deep exploration & release – working through the body’s memory.

Rebecca and Alex will lead you on a powerful journey with your breath, body, ceremony and ritual taking you away from your mind and into your body, raising your vibrations and leaving you with a sense of calm, clarity and blissful energy.

You will learn the science of how correct breathing patterns helps improves both your physical and mental health and you will be given simple tools how to change the way your mental and physical states by using conscious breathing.

Both Rebecca and Alex are experienced on holding a safe and transformative space and there will be facilitation with hands-on pressure point therapy, sound, movement and affirmations.

Expect open-heartedness, inner peace, clarity, access to higher states of consciousness and a strong connection to yourself.
