Introduction to Transformational Breath with special guest live DJ Marcus Veda

Rebecca Dennis will take you on a powerful journey with your breath to a soundtrack mixed live by Marcus Veda to enhance the ride and open your mind. You will learn and experience the deep healing benefits of this technique and practice this cutting edge self-healing breathwork. This can help you let go of unhealthy breathing habits, such as shallow breathing, have a deeper understanding of breath patterns and release both physical and emotional tension from the body. This can dramatically shift the way you feel in your body and bring higher states of awareness.

Rebecca Dennis, author and leading UK breath coach is the founder of www.breathingtree.co.uk. She studied Transformational Breath with founder Judith Kravitz in Mexico and US. Featured on BBC Radio, Tatler, The Telegraph and Grazia. Her clients come with many various issues including breathing issues, stress, anxiety, addiction, abuse, depression, ME, respiratory problems, trauma, sleeping patterns, focus, lack of energy, physical problems and low self esteem.

Marcus Veda teaches Rocket Yoga and Yin. But before he discovered the power of the breath he was an international DJ playing clubs and festivals around the world from NYC to Glastonbury. Over the years he has many people try many ways to reach higher states of consciousness but it wasn’t until a Transformational Breath workshop with Rebecca that he experienced a euphoric intensity lying down that many people would dance all night long to achieve. Now the aim is to get there by breath and beats alone.
