In today’s modern times it is easy to become disconnected from our natural world.  Being immersed in nature reconnects us to the rhythms of the natural world and helps call in calm and clarity. In the heart of Wasing’s magical woodlands, you will be guided through a day designed to reset your nervous system and feel more balanced in your body and mind..

Mindful time spent in nature, amongst the trees and the birdsong, has been shown to boost our immune system, improve sleep, increase energy levels, reduce stress, and improve mental wellbeing.

The day will be carefully curated to enable us to arrive in stillness, so we can ‘see’ ourselves and others with more clarity, compassion and acceptance.

By consciously recognising restrictive patterns through embodied breathwork techniques participants will gain a greater sense of connection and freedom in their body and feel more empowered in their lives.

BREATHWORK

During sessions we will be sharing cutting edge techniques such as conscious connected breath, observe breathing patterns and use hands-on acupressure, sound, movement and coaching to help open any restricted patterns clearing physical and emotional tension and blockages.

When the breath is full, open and connected, “activation” occurs creating a high vibrational frequency in the body. This allows lower vibrational energy that is held in our cellular memory such as tension, repressed emotion, mental, emotional and physical trauma, past stories, negative thought patterns held in the subconscious to be integrated.

Discover how your breath is the key to unlocking your full potential. Learn how the way you breathe shapes the way you live. Learn how to harness the power of the mind rather than be ruled by it and reclaim your body and be in the present moment. YOUR HOST

Rebecca Dennis, author, international breath and body coach and workshop leader is the founder of www.breathingtree.co.uk.

Based out of London and also travelling and teaching internationally as an expert in Breathwork and body-based therapies. She facilitates workshops, events and retreats alongside her public speaking and in person work. A gifted speaker and coach, her expertise and passion centres around breathwork, trauma counselling, somatic healing, shamanic practice, acupressure, bodywork and nervous system regulation. Rebecca fervently believes that embodied breathwork is the ultimate key to support our well-being, health and inner peace.

Rebecca has been practicing holistic and alternative therapies for over 20 years and holds a Diploma in Anatomy & an ITEC Diploma in Swedish and Sports Massage. She has trained to co-trainer level with Founder of Transformational Breath, Judith Kravitz as well as Donna Fahri, Max Strom and other masters and influential teachers of breathwork, bodywork, and other healing modalities. Rebecca has written three books, her latest books Let It Go and Breathe – A Practical Guide To Breathwork were featured in Amazon and Sunday Times Best Sellers.
