Rebecca Dennis, will take up residence at iconic beach resort, the Marbella Club, Spain. Located between the Sierra Blanca Mountains and the healing waters of the Mediterranean Sea, Marbella Club is an Andalusían sanctuary embracing a progressive approach to wellness where the ethos is to ‘be your best self’ and guests are encouraged to embrace slow and mindful living away from the trappings of modern life.

Rebecca will be offering an in-depth conscious breathing workshop open to hotel guests and locals from the surrounding area to help them further understand the power of breath work and the deep healing benefits it brings. Trained in Transformational Breath®, a dynamically powerful technique that utilizes a high vibrational energy force created by a specific breathing pattern, Rebecca will help guests harness the power of conscious breathing to unblock emotions and release tension, specialising in treating issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep deprivation and energy loss. Private breath work sessions for deeper immersion will also be available over the course of the four days and guests will be able to continue their individual breath work journey in their rooms with the help of guided conscious breath work tips on achieving better sleep and starting the day well.

To further enhance their wellbeing journey, guests can experience the Marbella Club’s sea-facing thalassotherapy spa. Offering an extensive sensory experience designed to optimise the strengthening, revitalising and beautifying powers of mineral-rich seawater to relieve stress and energise the mind and body; the spa also offer a number of personalised massage treatments including the Tibetan bowl vibrational massage.  The recently introduced Holistic Studio is located within a botanical garden sanctuary and offers integrative holistic health practices which identify root causes and provide long-lasting benefits. Here, guests can try their hand at aerial yoga, pilates, meditation or kundalini energy healing.
