As breathwork is an integral part of my yoga practice, I have been taking time to learn more about my breathing potential. After an incredible one-to-one session with transformational Breathwork therapist Rebecca Dennis, and author of And Breathe: The Complete Guide To Conscious Breathing – The Key To Health, Wellbeing And Happiness, I jumped at the chance to experience her workshop at Indaba Yoga Studio in Marylebone.
With a combination of somatic techniques, sound, movement, bodywork, meditation and ceremony we will aim to awaken the wisdom and healing possibilities found within the breath and body, working to release emotional and physical trauma to gain a greater sense of connection, embodiment and freedom.
