Making space in the mind

Often we spend a lot of time in our thoughts and often we experience recurring negative thought patterns. Don’t believe everything your mind is telling you, sometimes it is very destructive.

If you find it hard to tune the mind out, here’s a very simple exercise to help let go of the mind clutter and create room for clarity and calm in its place. Before you start, remember it’s ok to leave all your thoughts at the door. Whatever it is that you have to do or should have done and perhaps haven’t managed to yet, leave it all at the door. You can return to it all later with a fresher and clearer mind.
