Anxiety, anxious thoughts and panic attacks are increasing to the point where sometimes, they can stop us in our tracks and bring up fear and feelings of failure.
Fear is an age-old pattern that can hold us back from doing things we love or trying something new. Anxiety can be mental as well as physical (you may experience intense heat, tightness in your chest, brain freeze, a knot in your belly or solar plexus to name just a few symptoms).
Trying to hide or push anxiety down can take up a lot of energy. The good news is that we can empower ourselves through the breath to let the body know it is safe and doesn’t need to go into fight or flight, that you can do this and you’ve got this.
