Gratitude

So often we overlook the power of gratitude and how it can help change how we feel and think. We can spend time focussing on what we don’t have rather than what we do have.

Neuroscientists have now proven that practising gratitude and mindful breathing together on a regular basis can actually lengthen the telomeres in our chromosomes and in doing so, this event aids the aging process. It can literally help increase our life span!

Practising gratitude and positive thinking send messages to our brain via neurotransmitters to the neural pathways and breathwork is much like taking the mind to a space of contentment.

We can switch our own thought patterns by listening to our body and aiding our innately designed systems through our breath.
